The latest 2001 Census Specially Commissioned Tables are now available from the SASPAC website. These contain over 250 tables, including data for Middle/Lower Super Output Areas, Ethnic Group for Postcode Sectors in England & Wales, as well as a number of other topics/geographies. More... |

| The SASPAC website now features examples of web pages that users can create using the new Web Publishing facility released with v8.00. If you have created your own web pages using SASPAC, and would be happy to share these with the SASPAC community, please contact the helpdesk. Featured in September's BURISA newsletter, the report from the 2001 Census Debriefing Seminar has recently been published. The event was held on the 10 April 2006 at the City Hall in London and was very well attended with almost 150 delegates from local authorities, academia, Census agencies and the Private sector. | A reminder that SASPAC users can obtain 2001 ward boundary files for use with Mapshore, free of charge from Pebbleshore Ltd, the publishers of Mapshore. E-mail pebbleshore@btinternet.com and they will explain the copyright arrangements etc. Other boundary files such as Super Output Area boundary files are also available but at nominal cost. |

| The Data Directory page of the SASPAC website provides users with an overview of exactly what datasets are available for different geographies in Great Britain. This page also acts as a gateway to all the 2001 datasets, with many of the System files downloadable, allowing you to have instant access to datasets of interest. If you haven't already visited this page you can do so from here. |
