2001 Specially Commissioned Tables (SCT)

ONS have produced a large number of Specially Commissioned Tables and a complete list of these can be found on the Commissioned Tables pages of their website here. A lot of these tables will refer to specific areas of the country (e.g. wards in Manchester) and in this case the data is available directly from ONS in an Excel format. However, tables that have been commissioned at the National level have been processed into SASPAC system files. These table can be accessed like any other census data through SASPAC v8.00 once the searching files have been updated. To add the commissioned tables to SASPAC a number of files (.zip 2.9MB) need to be copied into your local SASPAC directory. Detailed instructions of this process can be found here (.doc 507KB).
