How much does SASPAC cost?

The purchase cost of the software to organisations in the public sector is £1,350 + VAT per annum and the ongoing annual Support Scheme cost after this initial year is £600 + VAT.

The purchase cost of the software to organisations in the private sector is £2,700 + VAT per annum and the ongoing annual Support Scheme cost after this initial year is £1,200 + VAT.

What is covered by the Support Scheme?

Under the Support Scheme, a help desk is provided, and upgrades and enhancements (at least one new release of the software each year) are provided free of additional charge. Training in the use of SASPAC can also be supplied at reduced rates.

Is there a multi-user licence?

This cost covers the whole organisation and not simply the purchasing department or individual - that is, it is an organisation licence, and the software may be installed on as many machines as required within the organisation, or on a network.
